Is it safe to eat the powder directly?
Eating the powder directly will not cause health problems. Please make sure to have your child drink water to avoid the powder clumping in his or her mouth.
What happens if I get ingredients in my eye?

What kind of water should be used?
Please use room temperature water.
Can juice or milk be used instead of water?
Make sure to use water for best results. The product comes together by minerals such as calcium and sodium reacting to water, so when other liquids are used, the proper chemical reaction will not take place.
Does Popin’Cookin’ need to be heated?
Heating is not required. The snacks can be made with water.
Is the allergen xxx in Popin’Cookin’?
We strongly recommend confirming specific allergen information by checking the ingredient list of each product.
The jelly didn't harden. What do I do?
Please make sure to use soft water of less than 300 ppm (17dH) for ingredients to harden. The jelly mixture may crumble if you stir it too much after it starts to solidify. Once the powder has dissolved, let the jelly mixture sit and harden. Solidification time differs depending on the product so please see each box for details.
The salmon roe in the sushi set won't harden.
The salmon roe won't form properly if you mix liquid A and liquid B together. Please be careful when mixing ingredients. The dropper will clog if it touches liquid A so be careful when dropping liquid B into liquid A.
The Oekaki gummy didn't solidify. What happened?
You may have added too much colored water. Try adding more gummy candy powder.
How long will the product last?
Shelf life is 24 months from the production date. Please check the box for individual shelf life.
How come the Oekaki Gummy mold is looks different than the photo?
There are 12 molds and 7 color variations.
